I'm so fortunate recently to have had to opportunity to work with Dail Chambers. She's one of the most positive, creative, energetic and intelligent women I've known. I doubt I would have found my way to exhibiting at the GYA Community Arts Gallery if I had not attended the Crossroads Convening conference.

Thank you RAC and Roseann Weiss for making so many good things possible! I'm excited about attending the Rustbelt to Artist's Belt conference this spring and getting even more energized and motivated!

Although I am mentally and physically tired (in a very good way), I am also spiritually and emotionally uplifted. I truly enjoyed the conference, and now I must process what I have learned in the quiet of my own space, I am like a kid in a toy store, "I am overly stimulated". It is clear that artists and art organizations are on the many paths that have gone into making up the crossroads, we have to all figure out how we can connect to the paths/roads and not be stranded on the side ramps. We have to find ways to become more inclusive of the arts/organizations that surround us. We must build bridges, and tear down barriers. Arts organizations can not survive with out artist and artist can not survive and thrive without the aid of arts organizations we must find ways to connect and collaborate.

Greetings all, alas we can't be in two places at one time or we would be there with you.

This weekend we are presenting the "Water Project" in Tucson, AZ (see: http://www.waterprojectfestival.org/ )

On behalf of the parents, youth, grandparents, teachers, organizers, project managers and artists of TAB I wanted to wish you a wonderful conference during this time of great change and hope.
